Right on Target

I always find the cutest skirts on Target's clearance. I found this skirt for $5.00! I go about once a month to Target to go through their clearance and majority of the time I never leave empty handed. My favorite pieces from Target are their skirts and dresses. We had another warm weekend and I took advantage. But for cooler weather you can pair with a long sleeve denim shirt, tights and black booties.
