Crushing on Velvet with Bee

I'm excited to team up with blogger Bianca (Bee) of Curvaceously Bee or as I like to call her the queen of body cons. Boy can she wear a body con! I love her style and how she can go from dressy to casual and style look super fly! Her style is so versatile! I love how she creates fashion series every month for her followers. Its such a unique way to blog! Also she is on a weight loss journey and I'm super proud of her! She is such a inspiration!


 I'm happy that we decided to play on the velvet trend. Its something different for me and I love a challenge. It took me a while to find what I was looking for, but luckily I stumbled across this gorgeous dress from Charlotte Russe. Can you believe it was under $20.00?! Deal! 

This dress can be worn all year round and for many occasions. Absolutely perfect for a date night!
I love everything about the dress from the sexy sleeves, the velvet flowers, to the sheer overlay.  This dress gives me all types of sexiness! To add another velvet element I added these gorgeous pumps from Go Jane.  I completed the look with a black belt, glitter clutch, and a statement necklace. 

Unfortunately the dress is sold out on the website. But sometimes sold out items return. I got the dress in a 3x. The dress has NO stretch. The arms were still a little snug but not so snug to were I can't move. I have linked some other velvet items that I have my eye on at the moment for you below.
