I wanted to go downtown for lunch this past weekend. This dress was the perfect thing to wear to stroll in downtown. Its light, comfortable, and simple. I love stripes especially in black and white. I caught this dress on clearance at my local budget friendly store Its Fashions Metro for $12.99. I paired it with my favorite chunky heels at the moment and my juicy couture crossbody.
